NHSX publish draft data strategy

NHSX have today published a draft data strategy. The strategy and accompanying release info can be viewed here.

The strategy has been published in draft to allow public consultation prior to full publication of a final document.

Section 5, entitled ‘Empowering researchers with the data they need to develop life-changing treatments, models of care and insights’, outlines NHSX’s plan for simplifying and streamlining the processes for data to be made available for research purposes.
